E-mail address that used for purchase must be valid as it used for delivery and communication purchase. You can use any email, but we are strongly recommend to use an e-mail address associated with your company. Orders placed using free email service addresses will be checked more thoroughly and may take longer for activation as a result.

We recommend to whitening @iksanika.com domain in your mail box spam filters as quite ofter our mails went to SPAM folders.

Payment policy

You can pay for your extension via PayPal account or with major credit cards (VISA, MasterCart, AmericanExpress, DISCOVER). You are free to choose any of the most appropriate way to proceed payment for your extension.

Delivery, Download

Delivery without installation

The software package will be delivered via email as soon as payment information has been accepted. You will get a extension package on your email which was submitted during the checkout process. When you received the extension, you need to just install it on your magento site and customize according to your needs.

Please, always check your SPAM folder as quite ofter our emails with extensions went to SPAM folders. Email will be send from @iksanika.com domain name.

Delivery with installation

Delivery extension with installation has the same main steps as without installation. But if you buy extension package with paid installation, then you should send a support request to our support team. In the request you should indicate access details to your server (Magento admin and SSH2/sFTP/FTP access). The extension will be installed as soon as your payment information has been verified.

Updates

We provide our customers with free upgrades and support period of the product they buy, which limited by support and upgrades period defined by customer during the purchase. After an update is available all buyers can get it by requesting an update version directly from our delivery manager who sent you extension when purchase was made. An email notification is sent stating new version availability

Iksanika offers from 60 to 90 days of free updates for products purchased from us. Optionally customers can order extended support when buying the module. Once the 60 or 90-day and extended support period is over, during next 180 days it is possible to get an update for 30% of the module price - this includes another 60-90-day period of free updates and support, with possibility of paid extension for a longer period.

Refunds

To ensure your protection we offer 15-day money back guarantee for ALL Magento extensions listed on Iksanika website, unless copyright is infringed. All refund requests submitted after 15 days are not accepted. If you are not satisfied with a product during 15 days after the purchase for any reason, you can receive a full refund.

It is require you to contact our support team to determine that the product will not function as you expected. We will provide professional assistance to help you adjust the extension for your needs and get most out of it.

By the way, if you are sure that the extension does not meet your requirements, you can choose one of the options below:

  • Exchange extension for any other Iksanika’s product, which is equivalent in price
  • You can get internal credits to your account in equivalent amount
  • Or, you can apply for a full refund.

Before refund request you must destroy all copies of the software on your servers and in any place within a refund period. All licenses to use the software will be immediately terminated. Any further use of the software is an infringement of Iksanika copyright and other intellectual property rights! To request a refund, please, submit a request containing your Transaction ID to our support team. The full amount of your order will be refunded within 24 hours during business days.

Conflict resolutions, implemented installation services, upgrade services (after the upgraded store has been uploaded to a testing server), customization services and support period renewal fees are NOT subject to refund.

Purchasing products prior to sales or promo campaigns can not be a reason for a refund.
